Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions for Chat AI 5 are managed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically. Please review the following terms carefully:
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- How to cancel: To disable auto-renewal, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device, or manage via your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to take effect for the next cycle.
- Free trial cancellation: If you are on a free trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being automatically charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
- No mid-period cancellation: Subscriptions cannot be canceled during an active subscription period. Your access continues until the end of the paid term.
- Deleting the app: Uninstalling Chat AI 5 from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel via your Apple ID settings.
- After cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Application's basic (free) functionalities. Premium features will no longer be accessible after the current paid period ends.
Tip: Always manage your subscription through Apple ID → Subscriptions rather than through the app itself to ensure changes take effect correctly.
