To request a refund, please contact Apple through one of the following:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Open the App Store → tap your profile → Purchase History → select the transaction → Report a Problem
- Contact Apple Support directly
All refund decisions are made solely by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Alzor Labs Company Limited has no authority to approve, deny, or override Apple's refund determinations.
